We would like to congratulate you on a marvellous piece of kit which you brought to our attention when you kindly demonstrated it for us in our paint and decorating workshop for the benefit of our team and most of all, the college students.
We were very surprised it removed 200 oil and water based coatings within a short space of time on a 2ft x 1ft sample board compared with the conventional method of the hot air gun which would have taken five times longer. The actual demo took approximately 60 seconds. We have purchased a very worthwhile investment for some time to come.

This is the best kit I’ve ever used. If I had the money I’d be buying the company!
I’ve been in this game for a long time and thought I’d seen it all, but this infrared kit is superb. I have to admit, it even removed oil-based primer from MDF and softwood. I have never seen that before and having burnt off many a window with hot air guns and gas blow torches, this is a doddle; no scorching whatsoever, easy to use, simple and extremely effective. Infrared paint stripping is likely to transform the way a lot of tradesmen work.

I have found the Speedheater unit excellent. It is a very effective method of paint removal. It does not scorch the surface and the hands free facility is a great asset. The unit’s lower operating temperature means that it safely removes old paint systems containing lead without creating hazardous fumes.
I loved the silent operation and this feature was also very popular with the apprentices on my course, who had been used to the more traditional methods such as gas torches and even the hot air gun method.

Thank you for getting the Speedheater out to me so quickly. I must admit I was a little sceptical in respect of the claims made about how quickly it would remove multiple layers of paint. However, I was really surprised and relieved to find that for once a product not only lived up to the claims made of it, but surpassed them.
I have used the Speedheater on two jobs, the first being a large, part-glazed Georgian front door which had numerous layers of paint. From start to finish it took me just an hour and forty five minutes to strip the paint back to bare wood. This included some intricate mouldings around the panels and glazing. The Speedheater was simple to use and covered a much greater area and applied a more consistent heat source than a conventional heat gun. And was far less messy or smelly than chemical paint strippers. On the same property I was asked to strip the paint from the front step. This was a large step with a deep, rounded profile to the front edge. Again, I was really pleased with the speed at which the paint was removed and using the Boomerang Scraper made it a simple task to remove the paint from the front edge.
Although it is not a cheap product, it is robust, well made and does exactly what it says it will do. I honestly believe that the Speedheater is a genuine step forward. Stripping paint from woodwork is one of the least pleasant tasks that a painter and decorator encounters from time to time. And to have found a product that makes it so much easier and quicker means that I can now embrace those jobs rather than perhaps shying away from them. I now know that I have a brilliant tool at my disposal and stripping paint will no longer fill me with dread! I also know that I can complete such jobs so much quicker than I ever could with conventional methods, and by getting back to bare wood, I have the opportunity of providing my customers with a really professional paint finish. I reckon I can save so much time over the alternative of scraping off, filling and sanding, which seldom produces a really flawless finish but I now know I can achieve this using the Speedheater.
The bottom line is this, I would recommend anyone to try this product before they buy it and prove to themselves that it really does do what is claimed of it. That way you can decide the value of what you are investing in.

I bought the Speedheater Classic system to help with a big paint stripping job - lots of tongue and groove panelling, stairs, doors and window frames. I was a bit worried about whether or not it would justify the cost, but have found it to be a brilliant investment and worth every penny. It is much faster and easier than traditional paint stripping methods, and on this job alone has already saved me many days work. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to do a lot of paint stripping – it will pay for itself very quickly.

We were instantly pleased with the Speedheater. It has transformed the arduous and somewhat dangerous process of paint stripping. We are now able to safely remove old paint without the risk of burning ourselves or the wood.
